How does Luxe Club work?
Luxe Club is point-based rewards program that delivers value based & experiential benefits to our loyal shoppers. Customers earn points (Crystals) when they shop at any of our brand stores across India, and are given the opportunity to redeem earned points* (Crystals) for merchandise.
*Discounted merchandise, including discounted merchandise during End of Season Sales are not eligible for redemption.
How do I sign up for Luxe Club?
To become a member with us, you must make a purchase at one of our brand stores. To join the program, drop by one of our participating stores and seek a sales associate’s assistance to sign up and start earning!
Is there a membership fee?
No. Luxe Club is a point-based loyalty program that endeavours to enhance your luxury shopping experience with complimentary services and treats we know you’d truly appreciate! You can join the program when you make a purchase across any of our brand brand stores.
How do I earn and redeem my crystals?
Customers earn points (Crystals) when they shop at any of our brand stores across India. Crystals earning is not eligible on discounted bills, with the exception of discounted bills during End of Season Sale. Customers are notified through e-mails and ‘My Account’ updates when they are eligible to redeem offer.
To redeem crystals, mention your registered phone number to the sales associate at any of our brand stores. Alternatively, show the crystals on your mobile app and start redeeming! Crystals cannot be redeemed on discounted merchandise and during End of Season Sale.

Can I earn points when I use a Gift Card to purchase product(s)/merchandise?
If you are Luxe Club member, you will be awarded points (Crystals) only when a gift card (which is purchased at any of our stores) is redeemed against a purchase. To earn crystals, share your account details with our sales associate for verification. Redemption of Gift cards received from any other source than our stores will not be awarded points.
How do I know which offers I am eligible for?
Watch out for our newsletters as well as notifications on your online account and mobile app for the latest information about offers and services you are eligible to redeem.
Are my points transferable or exchangeable for cash?
Unfortunately you cannot transfer/exchange Crystals (points) for cash. Crystals can only be used to redeem merchandise at our participating brand stores.
Is there a validity period for points and tier status?
Yes – your Crystals (points) are valid for one year from the date on which they were earned, after which they shall expire. In addition, if you do not meet the annual level of spend for your tier level, your account will be downgraded in accordance to your purchases. Alternatively if you meet the criteria associated with your tier level you will retain your tier status and if you meet the criteria that qualifies for an upgrade to the next tier level, your tier status shall be elevated.
How many levels of membership does Luxe Club have?
Luxe Club has five levels of advancement in benefits. The membership begins with the ‘Grand’ tier and depending on your annual spends and visits, your relationship with the club evolves to Elite, Première and then Riche whilst the rewards gradually become increasingly singular. The ultimate level of power – Privé – is our top most tier and will surpass your desires. Learn more about our membership levels and their benefits here.
Which purchases count towards my tier status?
All purchases and visits made at our brand stores, including during end of season sale period, contribute to your relationship with Luxe Club and help you advance in tier levels as per the Terms & Conditions of the program.
How do I know if I qualify for the next tier level?
When you are eligible for an upgrade of your membership tier, our team will contact you via e-mail or SMS, and your tier status will be updated on your online account and mobile app. Please allow 12-24 hours for this to reflect on your account.
What are milestone rewards?
Milestone rewards are little treats, sent as a gesture of our appreciation to you from time to time in the form of complimentary Bonus Crystals, so that you can enjoy the benefits of the Luxe Club just a little more. Milestone rewards are earned on the 5th & 12th visit.
What is a visit?
A visit is attributed to a single transaction undertaken at any of the participating brand stores. Multiple transactions undertaken on the same day and at the same store will count as a single visit; whereas multiple transactions undertaken on the same day at different stores will count as a visit per transaction.
How can I view my account summary and my year-to-date spend?
To access details about your account, tier status and purchase history, please log into your account on our website, or view it on our mobile app under the ‘My Card’ section.
How can I update my profile information?
For updating your profile information, please log into your account online, or use the ‘My Profile’ tab on our mobile app and save changes.
How can I retrieve my account details?
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your Full Name and Loyalty Number (registered mobile number) for account retrieval.
I am already a member. Can I also get cards add on cards other members of my household?
We do not issue additional cards for family members as each profile is assigned to an individual customer. We are, however, happy to assist eligible family members sign up for the Program.
Can I unsubscribe from receiving Genesis Luxe Club e-mails or direct mail?
For unsubscribing from our e-mail newsletters and direct mails, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will still be able to use all the benefits through our mobile app and the program website
How do I deactivate my Luxe Club account?
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your Full Name and Loyalty Number (registered mobile number) for us to deactivate your account.
